With preparations for the 2014/15 season now in full flow, the club can announce official squad numbers for the upcoming League One campaign.
A handful of alterations have been made with defender Eddie Nolan leaving the number 18 shirt behind and picking up the number 2 jersey, vacated by Christian Ribeiro.Dave Syers bagged 10 goals from central midfield last season and switches from number 24 to number 8, whilst the previous holder of the number 8 shirt, Deon Burton, takes 10.
There’s also a change for another forward as Paddy Madden is handed the number 9 shirt, last worn by Chris Iwelumo.
Meanwhile new recruits Jennison Myrie-Williams and Neal Bishop will wear number 11 and 12 respectively and academy graduate Curtis Bateson has been given 17.
