Sponsor your favourite player
Packages are available for you to sponsor your favourite footballer at Scunthorpe United.
A player sponsorship package provides you with a fantastic memento of the season and has great benefits associated with it for an individual or business.
The home, away and third shirt packages include:
- A match-worn shirt and shorts from the season of your sponsored player.*
- Your name, company name or contact details next to your player’s name on the sponsorship page in THE IRON; our matchday programme.
- Your name, a company name or contact details listed next to your player’s name on the official website – via the player’s profile page and also on a sponsorship acknowledgement page.
- A photograph with your player and the relevant item of kit you are sponsoring, taken over the course of the season – to be arranged to suit all parties, when requested by the sponsor.
- The price to sponsor an away or third kit is just £150. To sponsor a home kit, the cost is £250. All prices exclude VAT.
A home kit includes the following extras:
- Sponsors logo on our new electronic scoreboard whenever your sponsored player is featured (for team line-up and goals).
- PA announcement shoutout whenever your sponsored player is read out in the team line-ups and if your player scores or is substituted on or off the field.
*We will endeavour to have your sponsored match worn shirt signed by the player but because of the unpredictable nature of the industry, we can’t always guarantee this.

If your sponsored player leaves the club during any point of the season, you will still receive all the benefits listed above however we are unable to provide any refunds. In exceptional circumstances we may be able offer the option of swapping your sponsorship to another player.
