Andy Dales joined the club for an undisclosed fee from Mickleover Sports in June 2018.
A former Derby County trainee, he scored 23 goals in the 2017-18 season and was selected in the Evostik NPL Premier Division team of the year for the campaign.
He made 25 appearances during his first season with United, before a loan spell with Dundee in the Scottish Premier League, where he made nine starts and came on as substitute three times.
He appeared six times for United in 2019-20 before a loan move to Scottish Premier League outfit Hamilton, where he played four times.
