The Iron will start life back in the Enterprise National League by visiting Tamworth on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

The draft fixtures were released in full at 1pm today, revealing the Staffordshire-based side will welcome Scunthorpe to the Lamb Ground on the first day of the campaign for the second time in three years following an opening day National League North win in 2023, with Danny Whitehall scoring the winner in a 2-1 scoreline.

Our first home game of the campaign is a week later, when United welcome manager Woking on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Scunthorpe will then host Morecambe three days later in the first of eight midweek fixtures.

The Iron’s longest trip of the season is to Truro City, with that journey set to take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, with the reverse fixture earlier in the campaign on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Scunthorpe will make their shortest journey of the season in midweek encounters, facing York City firstly away from home on Wednesday, October 1, 2025*. The fixture at the Attis Arena is currently scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Our festive and Easter encounters see us pair up with Hartlepool United and Gateshead, respectively.

The final weekend of the season sees us host Eastleigh on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
