We’re Hiring: Hospitality and Events Manager
Location: Attis Arena, Scunthorpe DN15 8TD
Hours: Part time / full-time

What is the role?
You will lead all Hospitality and Events Operations here at Scunthorpe United Football Club, primarily building relationships with existing corporate clients and sponsors, as well as finding new business to create a full schedule of events at the Attis Arena.
In addition, you will be a key presence for the club on match days and at events, co-ordinating our hospitality offering and ensuring a first-class experience for our customers.
What will you be doing?
You will be expected to build and manage relationships with key customer accounts on matchdays and non-matchdays. This will include the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social celebrations and live entertainment.
Furthermore, you will look at ways to promote and monetise relationships and opportunities to move into higher products, and proactively cross-sell and up-sell other areas of the commercial business.
This means collaborating with all departments to develop innovative event concepts and personalised services, managing budgets and timelines with precision and creativity, and supervising casual staff to ensure seamless delivery.
You will also be required to feed back client information and sales data, and perform administrative duties.
