The 28-year-old was sent off in the 35th minute of the encounter against Farsley Celtic, along with Celts defender Isaac Assenso, following an off the ball incident.
Reported as violent conduct - head-to-head by the match referee, both clubs lodged a joint appeal against the dismissal, with both players stating in their appeal that neither player had made contact, or committed an act of violent conduct on each other.
Despite this, an FA panel reviewed the appeals from both sides and the available footage, and upheld the onfield decision.
As a result, Whitehall will be missing from the Iron's home games against Boston United and Tamworth, and will miss the trip to Brackley Town.
