An in-depth look at how our Iron loanee’s have preformed over the course of this gameweek.

Richie Bennett
Experienced striker Bennett has been thoroughly consistent since his arrival at Southport, and was again crucial for his loan outfit during their impressive FA Trophy 4-0 thrashing of league promotion hopefuls South Shields on Saturday. However Bennett was unable to feature against the Iron on Tuesday night when United triumphed over the Sandgrounders 1-0 at Glanford Park.

Marcus Carver
Also on loan at fellow National League North club Southport, Carver has found himself away from manager Jim Bentley’s playing squad in recent weeks missing the tie against South Shields as well as also being ineligible to play during Tuesday nights encounter.

Dion Sembie-Ferris
The technically-gifted winger, Sembie-Ferris’ Peterborough Sports side were set to face Southern Central Premier Division outfit Leiston FC at the weekend, however the game was postponed until Tuesday night under the lights of Victory Road when the Turnbines comfortably saw off their opposition via a 4-1 scorleine, with Sembie-Ferris playing a full 90 minutes.

Tom Pugh
Hard-working midfield man Pugh’s search for consistent game time has continued to be fulfilled by National League North side Hereford over the course of the week. He started in his team’s FA Trophy encounter against Redbridge, as well as scoring a late goal to conclude a 4-1 win for the Bulls. Despite his heroics in the Trophy, Pugh was unable to get into the pitch for his side's 2-1 defeat at Buxton in midweek despite being on the bench.

Josh Robertson
First-year professional Robertson has been excelling at Northern Premier League team Marske United in recent weeks, booking himself a starting spot in the Seasiders' thrilling 5-4 victory over Yarm and Eaglescliffe in the North Riding Senior Cup on Tuesday night. Following the tie Robertson was awarded the man on the match accolade, after scoring his first goal for the club.

Harrison Poulter
Exciting prospect Poulter is still yet to make his first appearance for Sheffield FC after both the oldest club in footballs weekend and midweek fixtures against Hebburn Town and Ashington were postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
