The Iron are pleased to announce a continuation of our Fans’ Panel for the 2022-23 season which will be another way for supporters to help improve the football club’s off-field operations.
The format will give fans the opportunity to represent their fellow supporters at regular meetings with the club’s senior management team to provide feedback and discuss off-field matters.
Supporters are able to apply to be on the panel with meetings held on the morning of selected matchdays over the course of the season.
Applicants must be willing to be public facing and prepared to act as a means of communication for the fans they represent, happy to bring forward complaints, compliments or recommendations to each meeting as well as feedback information to their representative group.
We are looking for representation from a cross-section of our supporter base and would welcome representation for the following groups:
> Season Ticket Holder> Iron Member> Easy Buy Stand User (West Stand)> East Stand User > Britcon Stand User (Terrace)> Lincolnshire Co-op Family Zone User> Executive Member/Box Holder/Restaurant User> Official Away Coach Travel User> Supporter from the BAME community> Disabled Supporter> Distant Supporter
