We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the team in providing excellent customer service within the ticketing and retail departments. You will play a key role in the sale of tickets and retail items, over the phone, face to face and online as well as dealing with general enquiries to the football club.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a real passion for delivering great customer service, be confident when dealing with the public and have the ability to enter data accurately in pressurised situations. Excellent communication skills are required for this role to engage with supporters of all ages and backgrounds and you will need to be confident with IT skills with the ability to learn how to use the ticketing and retail systems in order to process orders and set up products or events.
You will enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking, and be flexible to the requirements of the position and the business. Previous experience of working in a customer facing position would be advantageous along with evidence of strong organisational skills.
This is a part-time position that will be a minimum of 18 hours over three days per week plus home matchdays. Availability to work all matchdays is an important part of the role which will require weekend and evening work during the season while additional hours may be required during busy periods.
