Both teams come into the game on the back of 1-0 wins on the opening day of the season last weekend. The Iron won 1-0 at home to Doncaster Rovers, who won the league in 2019-20, while the Mariners beat Lincoln City away from home last time out.
Both teams are joint third going into the game, with Mansfield Town also registering a 1-0 win last weekend. Notts County top the division after one round of fixtures following their superior goal difference

The Iron's Under-18s have a smaller squad this season and welcomed Under-15s player Harvey Cribb and Under-16s goalkeeper Owen Foster into the squad last weekend to name four substitutes.
Jake Balme was in between the sticks last weekend, keeping a clean sheet, in the absence of Ben Crosher who is expected to sit out for around 10 days through injury.
The other absentee is first-year Ben Franklin who is expected to be out for six-to-eight weeks with an ankle ligament injury.
