The EFL are introducing a new solution for season ticket holders aiming to speed up the process and avoid some of the issues fans have experienced with the iFollow platform regarding home games.
These changes will come into effect from the Morecambe home game on Saturday 21st November.
Supporters must ensure that the email address used to log in to iFollow to watch home league matches is the same as their email address that the club have on file (the email address that they have been receiving their codes to).
For those fans who followed our initial guidance to set up an iFollow account with the same email address as their season ticket, this should not be an issue and there is nothing for them to do.
For those who have used a different email address for iFollow than their season ticket, we recommend setting up an iFollow account with the same address as your season ticket.
If you have been receiving codes to one email address and using the code for an iFollow account with a different email address, this will no longer be possible.
We will be sending the EFL a final list of season ticket email addresses on Monday 16th November and these must match an email address on their iFollow database in order for season ticket holders to have automatic access to eligible iFollow games.
We have been informed that all season ticket holder details will be ingested into the EFL iFollow system by November 18th ahead of the games taking place on November 21st.
Please make sure these two email addresses match by 9am on Monday 16th November to ensure this transition can be completed successfully. Failure to have the correct information by then may result in being unable to take advantage of the match passes for the iFollow service at home games.
