As part of the continued phased re-opening of the Sands Venue Stadium, the ticket office and club shop will be open to the public on Wednesday 2nd September from 10am until 3pm and then subsequent Wednesdays going forward initially. Additional days and hours will be added at a later date.

Please note that if planning on attending the ticket office or club shop, there will be a number of measures in place to protect supporters and staff, including the requirement to wear face masks in the ticket office or shop as per national regulations, while there will not be the opportunity to try on products. However, returns are being accepted. Payment should be made by card only (no cash being taken) and contactless where possible.

Supporters can buy 12th Man packages for the 2020-21 season, but we won't have 12th Man cards, etc available for collection until closer to the time of the first league game fans are able to attend.

All items available in the club shop are listed via the club shop online at and supporters are advised to shop remotely if possible. The click and collect service will now resume, with collections available during the revised opening hours.

Following record sales for the black away shirts, which has seen almost as many sold in the first month as the entirety of last season, a number of the sizes are already out of stock. A replenishment order was placed a few weeks ago and is due for delivery by mid-September. An update will be publicised when they arrive back in stock.
