Iron midfielder Tom Pugh made his debut for Wales Under-21s on Sunday, scoring as a substitute in a clash against Albania.
He notched in the 85th minute, pulling a goal back for his side, who were 2-0 down at the time.
Pugh, who signed his first professional contract earlier this year, had come on as a 60th minute substitute at the Selman Stermasi Stadium in Tirana.
He reacted on Instagram after the game, saying: "Buzzing to score on my Wales U21s debut."
Pugh could add to his maiden cap when the two teams meet once more on Tuesday, June 11th.
