The carvery on a Sunday at Glanford Park goes from strength-to-strength with over 110 diners enjoying a weekend roast on October 16.
That figure rose to around 130 on October 23 and October 30, respectively, with another successful service taking place.
Always popular, the weekend treat has seen dining numbers increase to a figure which makes advance booking highly recommended, particularly during peak times of service.
Head Chef Shane Jarman said: "It was brilliant to have such a busy service on Sunday, with a number of regular customers along with some not-so-familiar faces enjoying their meals at Glanford Park over the last couple of weekends.
"The footfall is on the up once more and, in light of the recent numbers, we have to say that booking is now highly recommended with a large number of bookings already in for next Sunday as well.
"Most people prefer to dine between 12noon and 2pm, so if you want to enjoy our carvery between those times you may be disappointed if you don't book in advance.
"We're also beginning to look ahead to Christmas, with our popular Christmas lunch menu set to be available through December, while we have spaces for our Christmas Day sittings on December 25."
