Scunthorpe United have been an integral part of the local area since 1899 and wish to increase its involvement within the surrounding community by bringing businesses together, giving businesses chance to make new contacts, increase sales, reduce costs and encourage local trading.
With the current economic climate affecting our homes and businesses alike, it’s important to work together to protect jobs and the communities around us. Sport, education and your business provides the backbone to achieving this.
With arrival from 8.30am, the event will commence at 9am with the morning involving a welcome from Head of Partnerships Glyn Sparks, along with brief talks from representatives of club sponsors, including Mark Boyce (Consultiv Utilities), Emma Doyle (DN Colleges Group) and Roger Dent (HITEK Electronic Materials).
The event is expected to last two hours and close at 11am.
As a club we are looking to hold more regular Networking Events and wish to encourage our stakeholders, sponsors and business contacts to attend.
