Customers who pre-ordered to collect via www.sufcshop.com will have received dispatch notifications to collect. All in-store pre-orders will not have received dispatch notification, but these are also available to collect.
With the delivery not arriving in time for Thursday's post, the club have processed and are holding all postage orders in-store until after the weekend. This decision was taken to allow supporters to have the option to collect on Friday or Saturday to ensure they have their order in time for Saturday's first home game against Peterborough Sports.
All supporters who have ordered to have theirs posted have had their orders picked by club staff. These are available to collect between 10am and 4pm on Friday and from 11am on Saturday. Any supporters who do collect, will have their delivery charge refunded via the order portal. To eliminate wait times, please have your order number ready with confirmation.
Any orders not collected by Monday, August 14th that have selected postage options will have their packages dispatched.
With all pre-orders taken care of and accounted for, the Iron will have all three kits on sale in the club shop available for general sale.
To try to eliminate any queues during busy times at Glanford Park, it is advised to select your size in the retail area before going to the till, where there will be packaged sizes to purchase, rather than the shirts on hangers.
Please note, the Iron have taken delivery of all kits between size eight (formerly 5XS) through to 5XL. We currently have no infant kits available.
