By train: The station is over two miles away from the stadium. Once arriving at the station, you have a number of different options to get you to the ground.

1) Taxi - a taxi represents the quickest and most effective way to get to the stadium. As soon as you leave the railway station, there is a taxi rank and invariably you can be on your way instantaneously. Fares for this journey range between £7 to £12 dependent on the time of day and demand.

2) Walking - there are a couple of routes you could take to the ground on foot, with the quickest taking around 40 minutes, as per the map below.

If you fancy a walk through part of the town centre, and via some pubs, turn left out of the station and head towards the crossroads (facing a church) and turn right into Oswald Road, going past a set of traffic lights and the Honest Lawyer and Blue Bell (Wetherspoon) pubs.

At the next traffic lights turn left into Doncaster Road (where there a number of fast food outlets).

Then just go straight down this road and you will eventually reach Glanford Park on your left.

3) Bus - the quickest route to the stadium via the bus service would be by taking the short walk to Frances Street by turning right out of the train station, before turning left just after the zebra crossing. Continue up this street, beyond the police station before turning right onto Mary Street at the crossroads. Continue up this street before turning left just after another zebra crossing. The bus stop is on this street on the left side. From here, catch the 1, or 1A, to Tesco. Once at Tesco, cross over the road beyond the fast food outlets and enter the stadium footprint.

See below for a visual of this route.
