Scunthorpe United is delighted to welcome back Louise Butler to the football club, as she returns to the club as our accountant.
Formerly Louise Whittaker, when she was last at the club eight-and-a-half years ago, she returns to the Attis Arena where she previously spent over 11 years.
After leaving college, she spent over eight years at Forrester Boyd prior to joining the Iron in January 2004. When she left in 2015, Louise went on to be Senior Management Accountant at the Press Association and then Financial Controller at Smiffys, as well as also being involved with the Iron Foundation throughout.
Having been at the club as colleagues when Michelle Harness was Commercial Manager, United's owner said: "I'm delighted that we've been able to bring Louise back to the football club. She has an amazing amount of experience, and was someone I was keen to add to our team.
"Louise will work tirelessly to get this side of the business back on track, and install a clear structure to help us move forward."
