Beagrie joined Scunthorpe from Bradford City in 2001, dropping down three divisions following the Bantams' relegation from the Premier League.
While with the club, he made his 750th footballing appearance and score his 100th goal in the year of his 40th birthday.
Prior to being with the club, he would play for the likes of Sheffield United, Everton and Manchester City, playing Premier League and Second Division football throughout his career.
