The Iron return to Glanford Park on Saturday as we host our sixth annual Grassroots Day, welcoming a wealth of local youngsters to Glanford Park for our Vanarama National League fixture against Wealdstone.

Former Iron fan favourite Cleveland Taylor will be the special guest taking part in a Question-and-Answer session in the restaurant ahead of the match.
The 39-year-old winger made almost 200 appearances between 2004 and 2008, scoring on 15 occasions.
A key part of two promotions (from League Two in 2004-05 and League One in 2006-07), Taylor was massively popular with Iron supporters.

IRON TEAM NEWS
Defender Ben Richards-Everton returns to contention after overcoming an illness which ruled him out during the week against Solihull.
Alfie Beestin (hamstring) and Marcus Carver (groin) remain out through their respective injuries.
THE OPPOSITION
The Stones are on track for their highest positional National League finish since their promotion in 2020 as Stuart Maynard’s men chase down the play-off positions.
The side from London currently sit in eighth position, on 55 points, after registering 15 wins and 10 draws from 37 games so far this season.
Wealdstone have won three of their previous five fixtures in the league however suffered heavy defeats at the hands of FC Halifax Town and most recently Chesterfield who put five and four past the Stones respectively.
Despite a strong season in the league, Maynard’s side were knocked out of the Isuzu FA Trophy in the third round away at National League South side Chelmsford City, where they lost 2-1.

THE OFFICIALS
The referee will be Michael Barlow, assisted by Joseph Pettitt and Neil Evans. The fourth official will be David Jones.
MATCHDAY DETAILS
The ticket office and club shop open from 11am on the day, with the Iron Bar opening shortly after around 11.30am where Woking vs Chesterfield will be shown live.
The car park opens at midday, where a £1 saving can be made (before 9am on matchday) by purchasing your spot in advance here.
Additionally, turnstiles are also open an hour-and-a-half before kick-off for fans wishing to enter the stadium.
NATIONAL LEAGUE TV
The game against Wealdstone will be available to stream internationally only, with BBC Radio Humberside commentary set to be provided.
