The Iron return to Glanford Park on Saturday following a two-week hiatus, with play-off chasing Dagenham & Redbridge coming up against Jimmy Dean’s side in the Vanarama National League.

Former Iron favourites Rick Green and Vince Grimes will be the special guests taking part in a Question-and-Answer session in the restaurant ahead of the match.
Forward Green (70) enjoyed two spells with the Iron between 1975 and 1977, and from 1979 to 1982. He made 149 appearances, scoring 40 times.
Locally-born midfielder Grimes (68) made 156 appearances for us, scoring on 14 occasions between 1977 and 1982.

IRON TEAM NEWS
Scunthorpe United have been delighted to announce four players who have signed for the Iron following the home game against Barnet on Friday, two weeks ago.
Goalkeeper Aaron Chapman, defenders Ben Richards-Everton and Will Smith, and attacker Danny Elliott will all come into contention for Saturday, along with winger Sean Shields who couldn’t play against the Bees.
Marcus Carver (groin) continues to miss out.
THE OPPOSITION
The Daggers currently sit in 10th position, and two points adrift of the play-off positions, with Daryl McMahon’s side registering 12 wins and 6 draws from 30 games so far this season.
McMahon’s side exited the Isuzu FA Trophy too, succumbing to a 2-0 defeat on home soil at the hands of Maidenhead United last month.
Dagenham have strengthened in the form of attack this month however, with Inih Effiong making the switch from Aldershot for an undisclosed fee.
After scoring 14 goals in 30 appearances for the Shots, his move to the Daggers has already seen some success after netting twice on his home debut, taking a 2-1 victory against Solihull Moors last Saturday.

The referee will be Jamie O’Connor, assisted by Martin Chester and Danny Guest. The fourth official will be Dane Mccarick.
MATCHDAY DETAILS
The ticket office and club shop open from 11am on the day, with the Iron Bar opening shortly after around 11.30am where Aston Villa vs Arsenal will be shown live.
The car park opens at midday, where a £1 saving can be made (before 9am on matchday) by purchasing your spot in advance here.
The marquee returns on Saturday outside the Iron Bar, and we're delighted to welcome back local musician Paul Stapleton, whose set will start around 1.30pm.
Additionally, turnstiles are also open an hour-and-a-half before kick-off for fans wishing to enter the stadium.
NATIONAL LEAGUE TV
The game against Dagenham & Redbridge will be available to stream internationally only, with BBC Radio Humberside commentary set to be provided.
