The Iron head back down south on the road in the Vanarama National League this Tuesday with a trip to Silverlake Stadium, the home of Eastleigh FC.

The Spitfires say all tickets purchased for the original fixture will be valid for the rescheduled game.

IRON TEAM NEWS

Aiden Marsh (fracture), Liam Feeney & Jordan Hallam (hamstrings) continue to miss out through their respective injuries.

Kgosi Ntlhe picked up a knock a Barnet on Friday but should be fit for the game at Eastleigh.

THE OPPOSITION

Eastleigh currently sit 12th in the Vanarama National League, registering six wins out of sixteen matches so far.

The Spitfires were summoned to defeat at the weekend, suffering a narrow loss away at Woking where Jahmari Clarke netted the only goal of the game.

Eastleigh earnt promotion to the National League in the 2013/14 season, finishing as Champions in the Conference South. 

The season after, the club achieved their best season to date. An impressive fourth-placed finish saw the Spitfires make the play-offs in their first season in the fifth tier, however they were unable to progress to the final with back-to-back defeats in the two-legged affair against Grimsby Town.

THE OFFICIALS

The referee will be Elliott Swallow, assisted by Benjamin Williamson and Matt Eva. The fourth official will be Benjamin Duffill.

MATCHDAY DETAILS

There will be NO on the day parking at the ground, as the car park is reserved for car parking season ticket holders ONLY.

Eastleigh have a limited number of disability parking spaces, which are free of charge for any Blue Badge holders. However, once they are taken you will need to find alternate parking – they apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Eastleigh state that alternative parking can be found at the Concorde Club – SO50 9HQ – which is a five-minute walk from the ground, at a cost of £5 per car.

Alternatively, Southampton Airport Parkway – SO18 2HW – is a 20-minute walk from the ground and has 24-hour parking available.

An Away bar is available in the Away end which opens from 6:15pm, coinciding with the turnstiles.

Pints are priced at £4.50, bottles at £4, with the bar accepting cash and card payments.
