A National League spokesperson said: "The League hope that both England and Wales progress in the World Cup past the group stages. However, there is a potential fixture clash for the Last 16 involving the runners-up of Group B, (England and Wales’ group), kicking off at 3pm on Saturday 3rd December. There is a full fixture programme planned for this time.
"To avoid any possibility of a clash the League are moving all kick off times forward to 12:30pm on this date."
