Unsure on anything concerning the renewal process? Or maybe you’re a supporter looking to buy a season ticket with us for the first time. Here are our frequently asked questions answered.

What’s included in my season ticket? 

Your season ticket will provide access to all home league matches, plus priority access to cup matches, including away matches where necessary. Full benefits are available to view here.

What are my payment options?

Option (a) Pay in full 

Season tickets can be purchased in one payment online, by phone and in person. If you're renewing your season ticket online, don't forget to log in to your ticketing account first as your current seat (if applicable) is reserved for you.  

Option (b) V12 Finance

V12 Retail Finance is offering a repayment plan to pay for your 2022-23 season ticket spread over 10 monthly repayments. The 10-month repayment plan interest rate is 0% meaning you do not pay any interest. Click here for more details.

How can I renew?

You can renew online (www.sufctickets.com) and in person or via phone (01724 747670) during our opening hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 10am until 4pm). Further opening hours on matchday apply.

Will the prices change depending on which division we are in?

The Early Bird prices represent the best possible value to support the club during the campaign, with an adult seated price dropping below £300 for the first time in 20 years, representing a cost of just £12.83 per game. Our best possible Early Bird price for the upcoming campaign will be in operation until 11.59pm on Tuesday, May 31st, 2022 when we will move onto an Advance pricing structure, which is yet to be confirmed.

Can I request to move stands or seats?

If you wish to move your current reserved allocation, you can move to a currently vacant seat, or standing, seamlessly. Should you wish to move to a seat which is currently occupied by a 2021-22 season ticket holder, unless we have prior written or verbal consent from the season ticket holder concerned, their reservation will be in place until July 31st. From August 1st, all reservations will be released, and supporters can then contact the ticket office to move.

Can I take advantage of the Early Bird pricing and then move my seat at a later date?

Yes, that is absolutely fine. Please purchase your current seat reservation and then notify us that you intend to move your seat should your preferred choice become available. From August 1st, we can then reallocate you to your new seat.

How do the club determine what age category I am in?

The price tariff is based on the age you are on September 1st, 2022. Please note, if you purchase an age category other than a full-paying adult, and we don’t have a date of birth record for you, you may be contacted to provide proof of age. We will not be able to release your season ticket to you until this proof is provided.

I am a disabled / ambulant disabled supporter. Am I entitled to a carer’s ticket?

Yes, complimentary personal assistant / carer season tickets are provided to supporters who claim medium or higher-rate DLA or enhanced PIP should they require one. 

As a disabled / ambulant disabled supporter, which price range do I fall under?

All supporters pay at the age appropriate rate but, as above, are entitled to one complimentary carer's ticket, should it be required.

Last season I supplied the club with my proof of disability paperwork. Do I need to send this again in order to receive a complimentary free carer for the 2022/23 season?

Yes, usually we need to receive valid paperwork each season as all supporters' circumstances are subject to change. Please contact the ticket office for clarification or further details.

I have a small child / baby who does not need their own seat. Will they need a season ticket to come in with me to every match?

Yes, due to health and safety, and for capacity reasons, every fan in the stadium must hold a valid ticket.

I didn’t have a season ticket in 2021/22, can I still take advantage of the Early Bird pricing?

Yes, all supporters can take advantage of the Early Bird pricing, which includes renewals and new season ticket holders.

Can I renew in person at the ticket office?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come down and renew in person. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am until 4pm as standard, including additional hours on home matchdays. Please see our website or social media for any amendments to this week-by-week.

Will I get a new season ticket card next season? 

Yes, we will be issuing new cards ahead of the 2022-23 season. Your cards will be available to collect in mid-July, and it will be advertised on the website and on social media once they are available to collect.

Can I have my season card posted?

Yes, you can have your season card posted once it is available. We only post these cards via recorded delivery, costing £2.50.

How do I make sure I’m in the season ticket prize draws and ensure that I receive communications of my member offers?

Please ensure that your home address, email address and phone number is up to date on our system to ensure you receive all communications. This ensures that our marketing group is up to date so we can send you any offers, notifications and more.

For emails, we ask for you to check you have subscribed to mail from us (complying with GDPR), and check your junk box. Occasionally email providers whitelist or blacklist bulk communications, so you may be required to amend your email settings to receive them. 

The sooner you purchase your season ticket, the more prize draws you will be included in.

Can I cancel my season ticket?

Prior to the first game of the season, season tickets are non-refundable unless authorised by The Club’s board. For a refund request, the season ticket must be returned fully intact prior to the first league game of the season with supporting information requesting a refund. The Club’s board will then decide if a refund will be given within 14 working days. Once the first league fixture has commenced, season tickets are non-refundable.

When do half season tickets go on sale?

Half season ticket details will be announced around November 2022, with the package usually commencing with 12 home league games remaining.
