Ernie Storey Memorial Trophy

With our 2021-22 campaign close to concluding, we are asking for your say on who you think has been the Iron’s best player this season.

Although it has seen the club relegated to the National League, after consideration it was decided to carry on with the tradition that has run for 52 years of awarding the trophy to the player considered most worthy of it by supporters.

The player who receives the most votes will be named the Ernie Storey Memorial Player of the Season for the campaign just gone.

To vote, simply send an email to theiron@scunthorpe-united.co.uk with “Player of the Season” as the subject title for your vote to count. Submit your first, second and third choices.

The winner will be picked on a points system, where your first choice attains three points, your second choice will get two points and your third choice will receive one point.

Voting closes on Friday, April 29th, 2022 at 12noon.
