The Iron made six changes heading into their Papa John's Trophy home game against Doncaster Rovers, as Devarn Green, Myles Hippolyte, Harry Wood, Lewis Thompson, Aaron Jarvis and Alex Perry came into the team for Ryan Loft, Harry Bunn, Alfie Beestin, Mason O'Malley, Jake Scrimshaw and Emmanuel Onariase.
Alex Kenyon made his return to the squad after almost three months out.
