As part of Study United's Reading Stars programme, the pair both took to Zoom to answer questions on reading, their interests and their careers from students at Oasis Parkwood, Lincoln Gardens Primary School and the Grange Primary School.
They follow Jai Rowe and Mason O'Malley who answered questions from pupils at Westwoodside Church of England Primary Academy and Leys Farm on Tuesday afternoon.
Now in its fifth year, the Scunthorpe United Reading Stars scheme has used pupils’ passion for football to spark an interest in reading for pleasure in more than 750 young people.
The involvement of the Iron players is the second part of the programme which will continue in the coming weeks during the last part of the spring term and into the summer term.
