By participating in this promotion (the “Promotion”), each entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Entrants must comply with these terms in full to be eligible to win a Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to, void the entry of, refuse to award a prize to or withdraw a prize awarded to, any entrant who breaches any of these terms.

Restrictions on Entry
Companies entering the Promotion must: (a) have a registered office with a postcode within the North Lincolnshire area; (b) have fewer than 100 employees.
Entry Requirements
(a) access the Promotion entry page; and (b) enter the relevant details of the business as set out on the Promotion entry page. Entries will only count once the submit button has been pressed on the Promotion entry page.
Prize
There will be at least five winners in total, each of which will receive an advertising and/or sponsorship prize which can be used by the business to promote their goods services in the agreed way, on the clubs digital channels. The club will have final sign off on all content and imagery.
The Promotion is open to any business who; (a) has a registered office in the Territory; and (b) satisfies the Restrictions on Entry.
An employee or agent of a company entering the competition must be authorized to make decisions and sign on behalf of the company.
The Promotion will be open for the duration of the Promotion Period. Entries received by the Promoter outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible to win a Prize.
Entrants will need to have completed the online application form to enter. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Promotion, including in relation to the use of the Internet, design of artwork or any other costs incurred.
Entrants may only participate in the Promotion once. Duplicate entries will be void and only the first entry submitted will be eligible to win a Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant and exclude anyone who may have acted in breach of these terms.
Entries which satisfy the entry criteria will be entered into the draws which will take place at 9am on Friday 9th April and Friday 16th April. To be in with a chance of winning, your entry must have been submitted before this time. Those entered before 9am on Friday 9th April will be entered into both draws.
Winners will be contacted within 5 days of the draw using the information submitted as part of their entry. The Winners will have two days to confirm their acceptance of the Prize. In the event that a Winner cannot be contacted within two days of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them, or chooses not to redeem the Prize, a replacement Winner may be selected. Winners available on request to feedback@scunthorpe-united.co.uk (at least 10 days after the draw), subject to any entrant objects to the information being published. This will not affect the entrant’s chances of winning the Prize.
The Prize may not be substituted or exchanged and there is no cash alternative. Where the Prize is subsequently not available, the Promoter may replace the Prize with a prize of similar value.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, the Prize will only be awarded to the Winner(s). Under no circumstances may the Prize be sold or transferred, for cash or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any delayed, lost or incomplete entries.
The Promoter will use personal information of entrants to the Promotion, to administer and operate the Promotion and in respect of the name, image, social media handles (if applicable) and entries of Winners, for reasonable promotional purposes, and otherwise in accordance with its privacy policy. Please read the privacy policy for more information about how the Promoter uses personal information.
All decisions made by the Promoter in respect of the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, any Prize and/or cancel the Promotion at any time as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
