Scunthorpe United Football Club can confirm The Sands Venue Stadium will remain closed until and including Monday April 13th at the earliest due to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
This comes following EFL guidance. Our primary concern is for the health and wellbeing of all employees and fans, and we will advise of any changes at the earliest opportunity. Keep visiting our website and social media channels for further information as and when it’s available.
It’s important to make clear that we have not had anybody at the football club test positive for Coronavirus at this moment in time.
The FA have postponed games in England’s top five divisions until Thursday, April 30th. If you have bought a ticket for a match during that period, refund details will become available once the fixtures are rearranged.
12th Man packages for next season are available to buy online via www.sufctickets.com at Early Bird rates, but please note we have had to suspend online club shop deliveries as per the advice of the government.
The club apologises for any inconvenience. Staff will be working remotely from home during business hours so emails will be answered in the normal fashion. Thank you to our fans for bearing with us at this difficult time.
