Off the back of four Iron players making random calls to 12th Man holders last week, manager Neil Cox took to the phone and Zoom to make calls of his own on Christmas Eve.
We asked supporters to send in their nominations for a Scunthorpe United fan who they felt worthy of receiving a call, either by phone or Zoom.
Instead of selecting one lucky recipient, as originally planned, Neil Cox sat down for a couple of hours on Thursday afternoon to speak to a number of Iron fans ahead of the Christmas period.
While we couldn't physically get through everyone who was nominated, we have been in touch with everyone who sent in a nomination and we hope to speak to those supporters in the coming weeks and months.
