John Busby will be the man in the middle for the Iron's away Sky Bet League Two encounter against Manfield Town.
The Oxfordshire-based official will travel to the OneCall Stadium for his eighth game of the campaign and his second in Sky Bet League Two.
His first game of the campaign was Doncaster Rovers' 1-1 draw against Gillingham on the opening day of the season - a game in which he showed one caution. His last game came in the Leasing.com Trophy on Wednesday when he took charge of the nine-goal thriller between Newport County and West Ham United's Under-21s. The match ended 5-4 to the Hammers, despite the Exiles being 4-1 up at half-time. In the game, Busby showed six yellow cards and one red.
He's taken charge of the Iron on just three previous occasions in total, most recently in April 2018 when the side recorded a 2-0 win at MK Dons. He issued two yellow cards on the day and has shown 10 in total across the three games.
Meanwhile, he's also refereed Mansfield Town on three occasions - their most recent being a 3-2 defeat to Oldham Athletic at the end of last season. He's shown a total of seven yellow cards across those three fixtures.
In 2018-19, he took charge of 43 games, issuing 98 yellow cards and six reds. So far in this campaign, he has officiated in seven encounters, showing 23 yellows and two reds.
On Saturday, Busby will be assisted by Joe Clark and Richard Bartlett, while David Benton has been appointed as the fourth official.
