We are looking for an organised and proactive multi-tasker, who leads, manages and motivates the small team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality and Catering, the successful candidate will oversee the food preparation and cooking for matchday catering and public bars following guidelines on allergens, food hygiene/safety and the sale of alcohol.
They will manage all the administration including-ordering, stock control/rotation and receipts of money and ensure all health and safety, food safety and hygiene procedures are followed. As a natural leader, your enthusiasm and communication skills will motivate the whole team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service. You will be hands-on, work well under pressure, calm and patient.
We are looking for a person with a can-do, entrepreneurial spirit to fit into our business. Having the right attitude is essential as well as team work, flexibility and working weekend hours. Experience of working in a similar catering environment is essential and you must be comfortable working autonomously and making decisions as well as hands on managing your team.
