The Iron's Under-23s side make a return to Central League action when they visit Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday (12noon kick-off).

The game has been switched from Bottesford Town's Birkdale Park, with details available here. We will have live text coverage on our Twitter feed, which can be accessed by clicking here, while there will be a report and reaction afterwards.

SCENE-SETTER

With two postponements during the last fortnight, the Iron's Under-23 side's most recent game was on October 29th, when they defeated Walsall Reserves 4-1 in the Central League.

Jordan Hallam notched in the first-half, with John McAtee, Jack Lambert and George Hornshaw getting themselves on the scoresheet in the second period at Birkdale Park.

First team manager Paul Hurst said Hallam was nearing a return from a hamstring injury in his press conference last week, while Adam Kelsey (finger) and Omar Sanyang (ankle) missed out last time out. Kelsey is nearing a return to action though.

Elsewhere, Hurst may opt to give game time to players who have been on the fringes of the side in recent weeks, while some of the club's Under-18s could figure too.

LAST LINE-UP (v Walsall Reserves - 29.10.19)

IRON: Collins, Rowe, O’Malley, Hornshaw (Shrimpton, 86), Cummings (Barks, 86), Bedeau, Pugh (Lambert, 60), McAtee, Potts (Jessop, 45), Hallam (Wilson, 73), Butroid.
