There are a variety of prizes up for grabs and everyone who completes at least 50 per cent of the survey (and leaves their name and address on page 13 of the survey before 9am on Monday 28th January) will be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from those that meet the above criteria and notified via email. Prizes on offer include match tickets, a signed shirt, match issued player kit and more.
