The Iron’s Alex Gilliead has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two goal of the month for November.
His spectacular first-half goal in the 2-0 away win at Leyton Orient on Saturday, November 16th is on the shortlist of three divisional goals for the month.

Gilliead faces competition from Colchester United's Brandon Comley and Morecambe's AJ Leitch-Smith.
An EFL press release said: “Gilliead positioned himself on the edge of the Orient area at a corner. His instincts proved true as the ball came out to him, giving him time to arrow home an unstoppable rising shot.”
The winners of the Sky Bet EFL Goals of the Month are chosen by a fan poll on skysports.com.
The shortlist for the poll is decided by a judging panel following suggestions from supporters via Twitter.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, Sky Bet Sponsorship Executive Matt Goodwin and EFL Senior Media Manager Rob Meaden.
