Places are strictly on a limited, first come first served basis. Apply early to avoid disappointment.
The events will be held on the astro turf (no screw-in studs allowed). Players should bring appropriate kit and footwear. If the weather is poor the events may be held in the sports hall so children should also bring indoor trainers.
All players should arrive ready to play and must wear shin pads and bring a soft drink or water. Parents are requested to bring their child to the SUFC Academy offices (next to the astro-turf at St Lawrence Academy, DN15 7DF) for registration no earlier than 15 minutes before the event is due to start.
For safeguarding reasons, we request that a parent or guardian stays with their child throughout the duration of the event.
All sessions are free of charge to make the opportunity available to all children. Details are as follows...

How to book a place...
Parents are requested to complete the Enrolment Form and email it to Academy Secretary Ian James (ian.james@scunthorpe-united.co.uk). Parents should state any medical conditions that their child has and also leave a mobile phone contact name and number in case of an emergency. Please also indicate if your child plays for a junior grassroots team.
We will only use personal information (data) for any purpose for which it has been specifically provided and is stored in accordance with the Academy’s privacy policy. This is available on request from datacontroller@scunthorpe-united.co.uk.
