We take a look at the players out on loan and see how they have been doing in the past week.

Defender Charlie Goode played his 11th game for Northampton last Saturday, but the Cobblers were beaten 2-1 at home to Port Vale.

A yellow card was shown to Goode, as it left Northampton placed 15th in Sky Bet League Two.

Next up for Northampton is a trip to Notts County in the league.

Meanwhile, James Horsfield played in both of Dundee’s latest two results, while Andy Dales featured in one of them.

Horsfield, who has been playing at right-back, played the entirety of their away defeat at St Mirren on Saturday, before also playing 64 minutes in the 2-0 loss against St Johnstone on Wednesday night.

Winger Dales replaced Horsfield in the second-half against St Johnstone.

In total, Horsfield has started nine games for the Scottish side since his loan move in January, whilst Dales has also started nine matches and has come off the bench three times.

Bottom of the league, Dundee’s next clash is at home to Aberdeen.

Elsewhere, 19-year-old midfielder George Hornshaw was an unused sub for non-league side Gainsborough Trinity last Saturday.
