Local junior football side Brigg Town U8s enjoyed a flag bearing experience ahead of the Iron’s 1-1 draw against Bradford City on the final day of the regular season.
The team took advantage of a group booking package for the day after they were randomly drawn out as fourth-prize winners following our Grassroots Football Day back in January.
Six players from the side enjoyed the experience, as both teams entered the field of play prior to the game - just one of a number of sides who have been able to take part during the course of the campaign.
They were then present as Conor Townsend netted to continue United's unbeaten run going into the play-offs.
