Midfielder Sam Mantom has completed a move to Southend United on a free transfer.
He rejoins the Shrimpers, who he was on loan with for the second half of last season.
The 26-year-old made 46 appearances during his two years at Glanford Park, 20 of which were starts, and scored on three occasions.
