Local junior football side Park Tigers U7s were able to form a guard of honour for both the Iron and Gillingham when we hosted our Grassroots Day last weekend.
Eight players from the side were present to enjoy the experience, which saw them allowed onto the pitch prior to kick-off for a flag bearing experience.
They welcomed both teams onto the pitch, taking advantage of group booking prices, before enjoying the encounter against the Gills from the Family Area of the SPB Stand.
Following the experience, manager of the side Wayne Barley messaged: "I would like to say a massive thank you from all the under-7's at Park Tigers. Everyone really enjoyed the day."
