Local junior football side Messingham Juniors U7s were able to form a guard of honour for both the Iron and Bury in our first match game of 2018.
Ten players from the side were present to enjoy the experience, along with three further youngsters, which saw them allowed onto the pitch prior to kick-off for a flag bearing experience.
They welcomed both teams onto the pitch, taking advantage of group booking prices, before enjoying the Iron's 1-0 victory over the Shakers from the Family Area of the SPB Stand.
