A family of four, over in England from New Zealand for the festive holidays, enjoyed a pre-match behind-the-scenes tour ahead of the Iron's 3-1 victory over Southend United.
Dad Andy was born in Scunthorpe but now resides down under with his wife, Samantha and two children, Edward and Spencer, both being massive Iron fans from afar.
The quartet made the long trip to England to spend Christmas with his family and wasn't going to miss the opportunity to make a return to Glanford Park in the meantime.
The 45-minute tour saw them visit the executive areas of the stadium, while also visiting the media areas, Directors Box and press room before visiting the playing staff's area.
On visiting the home dressing room, the playing staff were more than obliging to sign autographs and pose for photographs with just over 90 minutes remaining until kick-off.
The family also heard a familiar accent in the changing room in the form of Clayton Lewis - with the New Zealand international meeting the four for lunch the following day.
Following the visit, Andy said: "What can I say? The day was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. What a game too! I am eternally grateful for what you did for us - the boys are still buzzing (so am I if I’m honest!)
