Scunthorpe United’s Academy will be hosting a Football Talent Day during the upcoming February half-term.
The Talent Day is only for children currently in Year 3 at school – this season’s Under-8 age group.
It is to be held on Thursday, 15th February, 2018. There is no cost to attend.
Players in Year 3 are invited to attend and should register their attendance at the SUFC Academy office at the rear of the school between 12.45pm and 1.00pm
Practice starts at 1.00pm and finishes at 3.00pm - shin-pads must be worn by all players.
It will take place outdoor on the 4G astroturf pitch, so players should wear suitable clothing and footwear (no screw in studs allowed).
In case of inclement weather, players should also bring trainers as it would take place in the indoor sports hall in this instance.
All players must be accompanied by an adult and for safeguarding reasons, all adults must stay for the duration of the event.
