Vacancy: Supporter Services Assistant

Scunthorpe United are looking to recruit an additional team member to work part-time in the ticket office and club shop at Glanford Park.

The successful candidate will be based mainly in the ticket office and be responsible for providing information to supporters about upcoming fixtures.

They will be required to process payments for tickets, travel, memberships and assist supporters with any queries that they may have, while there will also be an element of supporting the retail operation as and when needed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication skills.

You will need both the ability and desire to deliver an exceptional experience to our supporters, while excellent administration and computer skills are also required to be successful in the role.

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

The regular hours for this role will involve working Monday and Friday, while there will be opportunities for further hours to cover holidays and some matchdays.
