Robert Lewis has been appointed as the referee for the Iron’s Sky Bet League One game at home to Wigan Athletic on Saturday afternoon.
He last refereed a Scunthorpe match when Gillingham defeated Graham Alexander’s men 3-2 in March 2017.
Lewis has been the match official for six games this season, producing 13 yellow cards and no reds.
The assistant referees will be David Benton and Simon Clayton, with Michael Salisbury as the fourth official.
