Eddie Ilderton has been appointed as the referee for the Iron’s Sky Bet League One match away at the AESSEAL New York Stadium against Rotherham United.
Darren Bond was originally chosen to officiate this game. However, due to injury, Ilderton will take charge instead.
He was the referee for the Iron’s 1-0 away victory at Bury in September of this season, handing out four yellow cards. Josh Morris was the match winner when he scored a fantastic free-kick.
Ilderton has been the match official for eleven games this season, producing 31 yellow cards and five reds.
The assistant referees will be Matthew McGrath and Andrew Fox, with Martin Coy as the fourth official.
