The Iron return to Glanford Park when they face Charlton Athletic on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3.00pm).
Graham Alexander’s side have won their last five league games, including an impressive 2-1 win over Bradford City on Tuesday night after falling behind first.
Similarly, the Addicks also came from behind to beat Rochdale 2-1 during the week.
TEAM NEWS…
Alexander will be assessing Lee Novak (ankle) ahead of the match, who went off injured versus Charlton Athletic, but won’t risk the striker if he's not right.
Elsewhere, Josh Morris (hamstring) will be training on the grass again. However, the winger is not expected to be in contention to be involved.
Striker Simon Church (hamstring) could train next week, but the Iron don’t want to rush him back too quickly.
Meanwhile, long-term absentees Sam Mantom (groin), Luke Williams (hamstring) and Jonathon Margetts (knee) will continue to miss out.

The two sides last met in March at the Valley, where Scunthorpe were defeated 2-1.

Ricky Holmes will be a tricky player for the Iron to deal with on Saturday.
The winger has five league goals and six assists to his name for this campaign and can take a deadly set-piece.
Before joining the London club, Holmes has played for Barnet, Portsmouth and Northampton in the EFL.
