The Iron return to Glanford Park this weekend when they host Bradford City on Sunday afternoon.
Graham Alexander and his players will be heading into the match seeking a quick response to last Saturday’s narrow loss at Oxford United.
They’ll be coming up against an in-form Bradford side though, with Sunday’s visitors winning four out of their last six matches.
Conor Townsend could return to the squad after recovering from a groin injury. He trained on Wednesday and will be assessed ahead of the weekend.
Matt Crooks (foot) will undergo a fitness test on Saturday prior to the fixture.
Kevin van Veen (hamstring) and Sam Mantom (ankle) will both miss out though, with the Dutchman likely to return to training next week.
Morris could have won it for Scunthorpe in the 67th minute. However, the winger fired over from just outside the box following a Paddy Madden through-ball.

The two sides shared the points at the Northern Commercials Stadium back in December, with neither team finding the elusive breakthrough in a 0-0 draw.
Former Bradford man Josh Morris went closest to scoring for the visitors in the opening period, but his 25-yard effort was well saved by Colin Doyle.
The hosts then went close after the break, with both Timothee Dieng and Filipe Morais seeing goal-bound shots blocked.
Jordy Hiwula is the Bantams’ top marksman so far this season, netting 12 times in all competitions for Stuart McCall’s men.
The former Manchester City man joined Bradford on a season-long loan deal from Huddersfield Town at the beginning of the campaign, and he most recently netted against Coventry City midway through March.
