The Iron continue their pre-season run of friendly matches with an away clash at York City on Wednesday, 12th July (7pm kick-off).
It is the second of six warm-up games for Graham Alexander's side following a 6-0 triumph over North Ferriby United in the first encounter at the weekend. Supporters had chance to see the three new signings in action against the Villagers and are likely to be able to see them for another 45 minutes this evening.
Luke Williams looks set to continue to miss out, although he has once again stepped up his rehabilitation and is now back out on grass. He recovers from a hamstring problem suffered while on loan at Northampton Town last season.
Elsewhere, absentees from the weekend Murray Wallace, Duane Holmes, Sam Mantom and Josh Morris all trained going into the encounter with the Minstermen and could be handed their first match minutes of pre-season.
Tom Hopper, who suffered an ankle knock towards the end of his half at North Ferriby on Saturday, may miss out as a precaution. The team will also train on Wednesday ahead of the game.
Alexander is once again planning to play two different sides in each half of the match.
It's pay on the gate only for Iron fans, with ticket details available to read here.
