We are looking to recruit a senior waiter/waitress to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the Scunthorpe United hospitality department.
The hours will be a mixture of weekdays, Sunday lunchtimes and matchdays in the Glanford Park Restaurant, and also weekend and evenings when there are functions taking place. Such flexibility in terms of hours is paramount.The candidate will be required to deputise for the Restaurant Supervisor in their absence.
The main tasks will involve duty managing during events (on a rota basis), restaurant service, greeting/liaising with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
The following skills and competencies are also required:
> Previous experience of working in a hospitality department
> Ability to work under pressure
> Enthusiastic, reliable worker
> Smart appearance at all times
> Good IT skills
